🔁 Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

💸 Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

❌ Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
